Examinations Services Assistant (EPE)
The Examinations Services Assistant will be responsible for providing administration support for the Examinations team for Educational and Professional examinations, as well as APTIS and CELA examinations, that are currently important product areas for our Turkey Examinations Department.
The post holder will fulfil any tasks within the scope of the job essential for the successful operation of the Exams team and accountable for ensuring that all relevant standards are met for all duties.

Role overview
• Co-ordination, timetabling and all other administration associated with our Educational and Professional exams
• Ensuring that Educational and Professional, APTIS and CELA examinations’ invoicing is FCCF compliant within the given timelines. Invoice information is completed within 7 working days of the completion of the exam or session. Invoices delivered on time to customers or partners.
• Providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually volume data to finance team.
• Ensuring that quality control measures are adhered to and that internal and external regulations and standards are met for the administration of all exams.
• Ensuring commitment to and application of BC Child Protection policy to the relevant areas of examinations.
• Assisting coordination of Educational and Professional examinations as well as APTIS and CELA examinations from first enquiry until exam despatch.
• Maintaining of up-to-date databases and calendars of Educational and Professional examinations as well as APTIS and CELA examinations and contacts.
• Administrative duties such as Preparation, checking and data input of venue and venue staff payments.
• Support for Educational and Professional examinations as well as APTIS and CELA examinations days administration.
• Overseeing checking in and secure despatch (accountable to universities, boards and customers).
• Administer University exams in accordance with awarding body regulations and British Council Exams standards.
• Arrange exam venues and logistics in accordance with awarding body regulations and British Council Exams standards.
• Ensure that customer service colleagues are informed of any relevant updates related to Educational and Professional examinations as well as APTIS and CELA examinations.
• Support customer service colleagues in dealing with non-routine customer enquiries about Educational and Professional examinations as well as APTIS and CELA examinations as required.
