Stories from Women in STEM

Stories from Women in STEM

Many Turkish students choose to study in the United Kingdom and experience the diverse range of cultural and educational opportunities available.

These opportunities allow students to achieve their desired goals and lay the foundations for successful careers. As part of our focus on women in science, we have talked to four distinguished female UK alumni and asked them to share their experiences as students in the UK who studied in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) that are highly male dominated.

Watch the videos below to learn more about these women science professionals and find out how studying STEM in the UK has contributed to their lives and careers.

Follow the conversation on social media with the hashtag #beingwomaninscience and share your ideas.
