Within the framework of Customised Training Courses, British Council is pleased to open a four week Testing and Assessment Course for Istanbul Ticaret University starting as of November 26, 2007 until December 17, 2007 within their own premises.

The definitions of Intercultural Dialogue are often conceived as an abstract matter. However, the problems faced as a consequence of lack of intercultural dialogue are real and complex. So, there should be a problem either in the definitions or in the way the problems are handled. We believe that the youth can bring new perspectives both to the definitions and to the solutions. Therefore we have created “Youth CAN” project.

The group of 9 head teachers from the UK will be visiting Ankara between 19-23 November 2007 to meet colleagues from Büyük College, Maya College, TED Ankara and TED Polatılı Colleges to share knowledge.

The aim of the panel on “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Opportunities for Companies from Finance Industry Perspective” aims to highlight some of the issues in this area of CSR where companies can really benefit from CSR.
