We have been running an FCO-funded project to promote inter-agency coordination and cooperation within the child protection system in partnership with Social Services and Child Protection Institution (SHÇEK). The purpose of the project is to develop coordinated child protection strategies in two pilot cities (İzmir & Kocaeli) aimed at the adoption of a national strategy. The project will run until July 2008.
